Outdoor plumbing gets ignored until it fails, and on the coast it fails faster than it does inland. Salt air is hard on exterior fixtures, and an outdoor shower that runs all summer takes more abuse in a season than an indoor one takes in five years.

Worth knowing before you call
Low pressure at every fixture at once is a different problem from low pressure at one. One fixture points at that fixture. The whole house points upstream, at the pressure regulator, the main shutoff or the service line itself. Say which it is when you call and you will get matched to the right company first time.
Frost proof hose bibs are worth the upgrade here even though hard freezes are rare. When one does come through, a standard bib holds water in the exposed section, and that is the section that splits. The frost proof version puts the valve back inside the heated envelope of the house. The parts cost difference is small next to a burst line inside a wall.
Batch it. The trip charge is the expensive part of a small plumbing job, and it is the same whether the plumber fixes one thing or five. Before you call, walk the house and write down everything: the toilet that runs, the shower that will not hold temperature, the faucet you have been meaning to replace since last year. Hand over the whole list at once. It is the single easiest way to spend less.
