We book scheduled work only. If water is actively flooding the property, shut off the main valve and call an emergency plumber directly.
What the call is actually like
It is short. We are not running you through a script or qualifying you for anything. We want to know what is wrong, what kind of building it is, roughly where it is and how soon you want somebody out. Two minutes is normal.
You will not get a price from us, and you should be suspicious of anybody who gives you one over the phone without seeing the job. What you get is the estimate itself, in person and free, usually from more than one company so you have something to compare it against.
If you would rather only hear from a single company, say so on the call and we will send it to one. Most people want two or three. It is the only way to find out whether a number is fair.
